What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Drafting of minutes and resolutions, Power of Attorneys, etc;
  • Communicating with corporate agents on matters of signing, updating corporate documents, etc;
  • Informing colleagues on any corporate changes;
  • Organizing the translation and certification of documents;
  • Documentation and recordkeeping;
  • Filling in the KYC forms;
  • Conducting preliminary legal research;
  • Monitor changes in laws and follow best corporate practices.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

  • 6+ months of proven experience as a legal assistant / junior lawyer;
  • Basic knowledge of corporate structures, governance principles, and
    regulatory requirements;
  • Ability to assist with internal audits and ensure corporate policies are 
    followed;
  • Ability to draft and review a variety of corporate documents, including minutes, resolutions, and Powers of Attorney;
  • Ability to fill in KYC form;
  • Ability to conduct preliminary legal research, monitor changes in laws, and 
    analyze legal information;
  • Excellent organizational skills for documentation and recordkeeping;
  • Clear and effective communication with colleagues, corporate agents, and other external parties to facilitate tasks like document signing, documents;
  • Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken;
  • Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
