We seek a highly skilled and innovative Motion Designer with 4+ years of experience to join the GR8 Tech marketing team.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong background in motion design and a passion for bringing ideas to life through visually compelling animations. About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Designing and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics and video content for marketing campaigns, brand communication, and product explainers;
• Collaborating closely with creative, brand, and marketing teams to develop engaging visual narratives;
• Transforming complex ideas into visually digestible and emotionally engaging motion assets;
• Managing multiple projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
• Ensuring visual consistency across all materials in line with GR8 Tech brand guidelines;
• Contributing creative ideas and perspectives to elevate the overall visual output of the team.

Essential professional experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in motion design (2D animation required; 3D experience is a strong plus);
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
• A strong portfolio showcasing various motion work (product explainers, ads, brand storytelling, social videos, etc.);
• Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, and storytelling;
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar — a big plus.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge or working experience in the iGaming and/or B2B sectors;
• Understanding of sound design and how it enhances motion work;
• Ability to stay ahead of trends and bring a fresh, innovative approach to creative challenges.
