Seeking for experienced Head of Business to lead the business and commercial growth of the Payments Gateway product. This is a key position to shaping market strategy, building strong partnerships, obtaining attractive commercial conditions in target GEOs, driving revenue expansion (transactions, referral, additional) in the high-risk payments industry. Must be a payment business leader within GR8 Tech.
As Head of Business, candidate to be responsible for defining and executing the business and commercial roadmap, expanding market presence, and ensuring the competitiveness of our product offering. Head of business will closely collaborate with C-level leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Developing and executing the commercial strategy and business plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals;
  • Leading and mentoring the business team, setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering accountability and collaboration;
  • Conducting market research and monitoring competitors to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities;
  • Collaborating with C-Level Executives to establish and optimize pricing models that balance profitability with competitiveness;
  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and promotions with revenue objectives and target markets;
  • Identifying and managing strategic partnerships to expand market reach and create new revenue streams;
  • Overseeing contract negotiations and streamlining client onboarding for efficiency and compliance;
  • Ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements in collaboration with Compliance and Legal teams;
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for escalations;
  • Owning and optimizing business processes, including CRM, lead generation, and performance tracking.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role within the fintech industry (B2B);
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong focus on project goals and objectives;
  • Effective time, resource, and priority management to achieve outcomes;
  • Excellent presentation skills and clear communication across diverse audiences;
  • Proactive attitude and resourcefulness in problem-solving;
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities;
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends;
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build professional relationships;
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
