The Commercial Graduate Program

This program is designed to prove your commercial aptitude and hone your skills for a seat at one of our trading desks. Successful candidates provide front-line support to traders within risk management, analytics, chartering or operations, with opportunities to rotate between. The program also has within it the opportunity to gain experience working with our physical Assets business, providing insight to a crucial part of commodity trading.

If you are dedicated and driven, you have a can-do spirit, and you are willing to learn and take responsibility, we offer the chance to develop your career in commodities – and the rewards to match.

Who we look for

We look for soon-to-be (or recent) graduates with an excellent track record of individual achievement – who are interested in a challenging, exciting career in the commodities sector.

You should have an entrepreneurial approach, a deeply analytical mindset, and the capability to solve complex problems using a wide range of numerical and technical skills.

Working at Glencore requires commercial awareness, adaptability and resilience – and you will need to thrive in team environments as well as take initiative independently.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
