WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to support our leadership team in empowering business growth and strategic initiatives. If you’re passionate about project management, execution, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. 

YOUR MISSION

As a key player in our team, you will work directly with our leadership team, particularly our CFO and Head of People & Organization, tackling strategic initiatives across:

• Business Growth: Support of product initiatives in the discovery and execution phase with analyses, concepts, business cases, and internal as well as external memos and presentations 
• M&A: Support our inorganic growth initiatives in pipeline building, target screening, and due diligence
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Support business planning, financial modelling, and reporting
• Investor Relations: Prepare presentations for our board and investors
• Organizational Efficiency: Optimize our tool landscape, risk management, and internal trainings.
• Simplicity: Drive clarity and efficiency by enhancing internal communication flows and processes, supporting company-wide meetings and events.

Your role will be hands-on, fast-moving, and highly impactful, contributing directly to Getsafe’s success.

ABOUT YOU

• Top-tier university background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with excellent grades.
• Passionate about project management, data and execution whilst having first experience in consulting, scale-ups, or banking.
• A demonstrated extra mile in your profile (e.g., scholarships, special achievements).
• Based in Berlin, Heidelberg or open to relocating.
• Fluent in German and English.
