WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable solutions used across our technology platforms.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Developing high-quality software using Java and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Designing APIs and microservices that are scalable, resilient, and easy to maintain.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Taking ownership of technical solutions from concept through production.
• Driving engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
• Mentoring team members and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
• Exploring and adopting modern development approaches, including AI-assisted engineering tools.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to software development, architecture, and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable solutions, driving engineering excellence, mentoring team members, and leveraging modern technologies — including AI-powered development tools — to improve productivity, quality, and innovation.

Professional Experience 

• 5+ years of experience developing Java applications in production environments (Required)
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures (Required)
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs (Required)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Required)
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring team members (Required)
• Experience with incident management and performance optimization (Required)
• Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows (Preferred)
• Experience building or integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications (Preferred)

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (Required)
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or similar (Preferred)

Languages

• Spanish (Required)
• English B2+ (written and spoken) (Required)
