At Getnet, we are looking for a AI & Data Strategy Associate to join our team in Madrid.

 

📌What you'll do

The AI & Data Strategy Associate is a strategic role in a global organization, a leader in the payments industry. You will support the coordination of the portfolio of Data & AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, execution with quality, and visibility of outcomes to stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the coordination and prioritization of the global portfolio of Data & AI initiatives.
  • Collaborating in defining methodologies, KPIs, and executive reports to track progress and value delivery.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (product, technology, finance, business) to ensure initiatives generate tangible outcomes.
  • Providing structure and reporting to guarantee effective and efficient execution.
  • Supporting best practices to ensure quality, scalability, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Preparing executive reports to give visibility to global and local sponsors.
  • Facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams involved in Data & AI projects.
  • Coordinating and motivating teams in project contexts, supporting leadership to ensure focus, collaboration, and results.

 

✅ What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or transformation initiatives, ideally in payments, fintech, or banking.
  • Proven experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Advanced Analytics, and Data Platforms (e.g. Databricks, Azure, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with AI productization, lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks (experience with MLOps / LLMOps is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to structure complex portfolios and provide executive visibility.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese are a plus.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to take the next step in professional growth.
