WHAT WE SEEK

An Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. This profile will play a key role in the monitoring, coordination, and execution of global strategic projects and the predictability of project dates. Focus on Europe (Spain and Portugal), but always with a global vision and mindset.

The mission of this role is to drive the company’s transformation, ensuring the effective implementation of initiatives that integrate business, processes, and technology, in a structured, organized, and agile environment

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Support the management, monitoring, and control of global strategic transformation projects.
  • Coordinate between local and global teams (Spain, Portugal, and other geographies).
  • Ensure structure, organization, and clarity in project planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Analyze and simplify complex projects, proposing practical and scalable solutions.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation for senior management.
  • Collaborate in the definition of success indicators, progress metrics, and global governance.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and propose corrective actions.
  • Participate in innovation and digital transformation initiatives related to payments and acquiring.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintechs, consulting, or financial/technology environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
  • Experience in technology-related projects (knowledge of programming or direct work with development teams is valued).
  • Knowledge of the payments industry (acquiring processing, digital payments or related areas) is strongly valued).
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to bring structure and organization to project management.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation.
  • Ability to simplify processes and communicate clearly with different audiences.
  • Global mindset and experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across teams.
  • Advanced English (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
