Legal Associate

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Reporting to the Head of Legal of GETNET, you will be responsible for providing legal advice in relation to the activities and projects of our Company:

  • Providing legal support to our Product team for the evolution of existing products and services and the development of new ones
  • Providing legal support to our IT team in all aspects related to the management of our processing payments platform (intra-group payments services agreements, negotiations with vendors, collaboration in the definition of SLAs, leading legal work-streams in IT projects, etc)
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing IT Contracts: software licenses, hardware, software development, consulting, cloud, issues related to data and digital acquiring and processing payments services.
  • Providing ongoing legal support to the business on a regular basis
  • Supporting with respect to governance issues and coordination re. our GETNET affiliates; and
  • Participating in innovation and transformation projects and working in international environments.

 

EDUCATION

  • Required: Law degree
  • 6-9 years of Experience
  • Desired: Postgraduate training or specialization in payments or technological and digital matters.

  • Teamwork and adaptability
  • High level of English
  • Medium level of Portuguese
