KYC Operations Analyst

We are seeking a motivated KYC Specialist to support our mission in maintaining compliance across Santander Group entities by executing centralized and standardized processes. The successful candidate will contribute to the KYC/CDD (Customer Due Diligence) framework, ensuring accurate customer records and fostering collaboration across departments to uphold regulatory compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in accordance with KYC standards.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.

Participate in special projects aimed at continuously improving KYC/CDD processes.

Provide support during internal and external audits regarding KYC/CDD matters.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT).

Qualifications:

3 to 6 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record in KYC/CDD.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance).

Strong knowledge of national and international corporate legal documentation, with experience in international fintech environments.

KYC/CDD expertise, including knowledge of correspondent relationships and Enhanced Due Diligences.

Proficient in Office 360 (PowerPoint, Teams, Notes, Excel).

Expert level in English.
