About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and driven intern to join our fast-paced start-up. You’ll rotate across multiple teams, gaining real exposure to every part of the business and working directly alongside experienced leaders in a flat, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Over the course of six months, you’ll complete rotations across key areas of the business, including:
- Operations: Learn how the business runs day-to-day and help streamline processes.
- Finance: Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- People: Get involved in recruitment, culture initiatives, and team development.
- Concierge / Customer Experience: Understand our practitioners and patients to help deliver an exceptional service.
- Strategy: Contribute to projects that shape the future direction of the company.
This is a hands-on role - you’ll be trusted with responsibility early on and encouraged to get stuck in from day one.

Working Hours and Location
This is a full-time role where you will work 40 hours per week (9am-6pm) Monday-Friday. The role is hybrid, with 4 days a week in our central London office.
Salary
£28,500 per year
