Your Work

We are excited to be recruiting for a Technology Talent Partner to join our wonderful People & Culture team. This person will play a critical role in scaling our engineering, product, and technology teams and will collaborate with hiring managers, implement strategic hiring processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires someone with 1-3 years of recruitment experience and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

  • Partner with the engineering and product team to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Identify and engage top technical talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical technical roles.
  • Utilize data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Weekly updates with the leadership team on pipeline, outreach and progress towards hiring.

Experience

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Partner, Technical Recruiter or similar role.
  • Ideally have knowledge of software development roles, tech stacks, and the competitive talent landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse).
  • Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to attract passive candidates.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on key recruitment metrics.
  • Passion for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

This role will be based at our HQ based in Marylebone, London We look forward to welcoming our remote employees for mandatory team meetings and social events!
