Your Work

We are so excited to be hiring Regional Sales Managers to join our sales team, as we focus on expanding our presence across the UK and Ireland. Our Account Management team is the face of GetHarley. In this role, you'll have the chance to shape, manage and expand relationships with practitioners across Ireland as we continue to expand. As the face of GetHarley, you will be:

Your Work

  • Spending the majority of your time in-clinic with your portfolio of practitioners, supporting them to use the GetHarley platform effectively
  • Maximizing the potential of an existing portfolio of practitioners through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships
  • Participating in occasional evening entertaining with clients at events
  • Work closely against KPI’s and revenue targets
  • Act as a consultant to provide relevant solutions to help grow your portfolios skincare sales and increasing their average order value via GetHarley
  • Engage with your clinicians regularly to deep dive into their needs, seeking to highlight value and return on investment using GetHarley
  • Be a skincare expert, keeping up to date with the latest trends and product launches

Experience

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Experience in sales or account management ideally in the skincare and/or aesthetics industry
  • A track record of success within a startup or scale-up and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • A desire to take ownership of ambitious targets
  • No two days are the same at GetHarley so you must enjoy working in a client facing, fast-paced environment and be passionate about changing and transforming our clinicians lives!
  • Sharp attention to detail who is able to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Numerate and able to navigate GoogleSheets
  • An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference
  • A passion for skincare and healthy ageing!

Location

This role is based in London or remotely. We have a Marylebone, London HQ which is open anytime for attending GetHarley team events or socials.
