After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.
Now we are looking for an Onboarding & Solutions Consultant to join our Customer Success team.
💪🏻 What You'll Do
You’ll be embedded in the Customer Success organization, doing new customer onboarding and supporting our sales team by leading POCs (proof-of-concepts), technical scoping, and joint calls with sales.
Customer onboarding (~60%)
- Kick off new customer implementations: map their CRM / RevOps setup, identify integration points, define data flows, and design prompt logic.
- Act as the technical liaison between the client’s operations team and internal product/engineering, resolving issues or blockers during ramp.
- Deliver training and best-practice guidance to client users on list building, campaign logic, and prompt usage.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation to help us scale and improve our self-serve program.
- Monitor early usage, surface adoption/integration risks, and help the client cross the “first value” milestone.
Support POCs & technical sales (~ 40%)
- Participate in discovery calls with prospects: understand their systems, constraints, workflows, and pain points.
- Design scoped POCs that show how Genesy can integrate into their tech stack and drive impact.
- Lead technical calls alongside sales: answer integration questions, explain prompt best practices, and set expectations.
- Build and reuse solution artifacts (integration blueprints, prompt recipes, sample flows) to accelerate future POCs.
What We’re Looking For
🔎 Must-have:
- Native Spanish and fluent English
- 2+ years in a customer success/account manager/solutions engineer role in SaaS (especially pre-sales or onboarding).
- Strong familiarity with RevOps tooling and processes (lead/contact/account models, campaign logic, segmentation, triggers).
- Hands-on experience in prompt design: chaining, context windows, fallback strategies.
- Clear communicator: able to translate technical / integration trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- High product empathy: able to spot when customers’ needs conflict with product/performance constraints, and propose alternative designs.
📍 Barcelona-based or open to relocating to our vibrant city.

- Work experience in AI / conversational agents SaaS products.
- Basic logic prototyping (e.g. in no-code tools) to test small workflows.
