After successfully raising โฌ5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.
Now, weโre looking for a passionate Head of People to join us.
As the Head of People, you'll be responsible for building and scaling the employee journey, ensuring our employees achieve exceptional value and grow.
This role is equal parts strategist, operator, and empathetic listener.
๐ช๐ป What You'll Do
- People Strategy: Define and execute a people strategy, build employee journeys, establish KPIs, headcounts, performance, and career paths together with the other departments.
- TA Leadership: Hire and manage a growing team; develop processes, training, and tools to help the team scale effectively. Drive engagement, strengthen employer branding.
- People Operations: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure HR compliance, and implement HRIS enhancements.
- Business Partner: Lead, coach, and develop the leadership team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Payroll, Compensation & Compliance: Coordinate the full cycle of payroll with Finance, Benefits, and other necessary compliance documents.
What Weโre Looking For
๐ Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience as a People Manager, HRBP, or Head of People roles
- Experience in building the department from scratch.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven track record in driving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in managing teams & proficiency in English.
๐ Barcelona-based or open to relocating to our vibrant city.

- Factorial and Greenhouse knowledge
- Experience with Spanish labor law
- Multilingual (especially Spanish or other European languages).
- Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments.
