After successfully raising โฌ5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.
We are now looking for an experienced Strategic Projects Manager to join our Operations team.
๐ช๐ป What You'll Do

Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority projects across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Finance (e.g., workflow automation, onboarding redesign, partner playbook development).

Process Design & Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, design scalable workflows, and implement tools to streamline operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Partnerships Teams to align initiatives and ensure smooth handovers.

Data & Reporting: Define project success metrics, track performance, and report insights back to leadership.

Tooling & Systems: Support the rollout of new systems (e.g., NetSuite implementation, CRM automation).
What Weโre Looking For
๐ Must-have:

Experience::
โ 1-2 years at consultancy companies.
โ OR Engineer/Project Management background (+3 years of experience) -
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to work effectively with both leadership and frontline teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PPT (Google Sheet)

Language skills: Advanced level of Spanish & English
