We are now looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join us.

💪🏻 What You'll Do

  • You will build and maintain feature‑rich, high‑performing web applications & supporting API layers that power Genesy AI’s sales‑automation platform. This includes:
    • Customer‑facing dashboards, campaign builders, and reporting UIs built with React + TypeScript.
    • Lightweight Express services (Node.js) that bridge frontend and backend systems, handle SSR/edge rendering, and expose internal APIs.
    • Integrations with 3rd‑party platforms (e.g., CRMs, LinkedIn) directly from the web layer where appropriate.
    • Instrumentation for performance, observability, and error tracking (Lighthouse, DataDog).
  • You will work closely with Design, Product, and Backend teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end user experiences, with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and developer experience.

 

What We’re Looking For

🔎 Must-have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend/web development with React & TypeScript.
  • Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+) and browser APIs.
  • Proven experience designing & shipping production‑grade web apps and REST APIs using Express or similar frameworks.
  • Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, responsive & mobile‑first design, cross‑browser quirks.
  • Familiarity with state management & data‑fetching and asynchronous workflows.
  • Track record of performance profiling & optimization, and Core Web Vitals tuning.
  • Comfortable integrating with Backend & third‑party APIs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience writing and maintaining (a11y) tests (unit, integration, e2e) with Vitest, Playwright, React Testing Library.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) and feature‑flag / rollout practices.
  • Clear communication and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Habit of writing clean, testable, well‑documented code.
  • Advanced level of English.

 

📍 Barcelona-based or open to relocating to our vibrant city.

 

➕ Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience in early‑stage startups or hyper‑growth environments.
  • Experience building or maintaining a design system (Storybook, Figma tokens).
  • Exposure to DDD / Hexagonal Architecture principles applied to UI & service boundaries.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or workflow automation tools.
  • Experience working with third‑party APIs at scale.
