💪🏻 What You'll Do

  • Launch Genesy from scratch in the UK market. This is not a "country manager" role; this is an ownership role.

  • Own the full go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the UK. From positioning and messaging to acquisition and revenue.

  • Build and scale a high-performing local team across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.

  • Drive growth and establish Genesy as a leading player in the UK’s B2B SaaS ecosystem.

  • Develop partnerships with local players and influencers to accelerate brand recognition and adoption.

  • Represent Genesy at events, communities, and within the UK startup and scale-up ecosystem.

  • Work closely with the founding team to adapt and evolve the product and strategy to the UK market's needs.

  • Iterate fast, test, learn, and rebuild when needed. The playbook experience is great, but adaptability is key.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience launching or scaling a SaaS company in the UK market—ideally from 0 to € 1 M+ ARR.

  • Deep knowledge of GTM strategy, B2B sales, and startup growth playbooks.

  • Strong network within the UK tech and scale-up ecosystem.

  • Hands-on leadership—you've hired top talent and know how to build lean, execution-driven teams.

  • Founder mentality—you're resourceful, relentless, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

  • Excellent communication skills, both strategic and operational.

  • Bonus: experience in AI or lead generation SaaS.

📍 We are seeking a candidate to start in Barcelona. We plan to open our UK office in ca. 1 year, at which time relocation to the United Kingdom will be required.
