We’re looking for a passionate Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative to join us!

 

💪🏻 What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage high-potential Italian B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels

  • Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on Genesy AI’s platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Italian companies’ prospecting workflows

  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market

  • Track and report key metrics (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve outreach effectiveness

  • Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical-specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

🔎 Must-have:

  • Language skills: Advanced level of English and native Italian.

  • 1 year of proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls

  • Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling)

  • Data-driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates)

  • Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in navigating a growing startup environment

     

📍 Barcelona-based, In-office, with some telework flexibility.

 

➕ Nice-to-have

  • Experience selling or prospecting into Italian SMBs and enterprise accounts

  • Background in Sales, Sales Operations, or Customer Success

  • Prior exposure to AI-driven sales tools or marketing automation platforms

  • Multilingual capabilities (Italian, German, or French) to support broader EMEA outreach

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other enrichment tools
