πͺπ» What You'll Do

Design and implement campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert qualified leads (SEO, SEM, content, paid social, webinars, etc.).

Coordinate and optimize the marketing funnel: awareness β consideration β conversion β retention.

Oversee and scale the organic content strategy (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, blog, newsletters, etc.).

Build, lead, and scale the marketing team (social, content, growth, design...).

Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align campaigns and feedback loops.

Bring strategic vision to the development of new channels and markets.

Define clear KPIs for each campaign and initiative.

Analyze results, extract insights, and optimize in agile cycles.
What Weβre Looking For
π Must-have:

3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager/Marketing Lead position.

Experience in building Marketing teams.

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Experience with high-speed and experimental marketing activities.

Social media-savvy.

Startup mindset: energetic, resilient, and motivated to learn and grow.
