About GelatoConnect Products
GelatoConnect is the SaaS arm of Gelato, and we are continuously developing products to bring value to our customers. Our original product, GelatoConnect is our enterprise platform designed to serve as the operating system for the modern print industry. We help print producers move away from fragmented, legacy systems by automating their procurement, workflows, and logistics into a single, seamless interface. Our GelatoConnect Platform helps transform traditional, commercial printers into the digital and on-demand world. For apparel decorators, GelatoConnect provides them with an end-to-end operating system to manage their entire processes from order-intake, inventory management and all the way through shipping. The GelatoConnect Platform is the only solution in the printing industry that provides a full platform with procurement, workflow, and logistics.
What you will be doing
As an Account Executive, GelatoConnect Products, you’ll lead complex, consultative sales cycles for Gelato’s most strategic and sophisticated solutions, working on deals that shape how global production and commerce operate. You will have a significant opportunity to grow accounts and build long-term customer value. GelatoConnect deals are strategic, multi-product, and highly consultative, requiring strong commercial judgment and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Deal Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle for GelatoConnect products
- Drive outbound prospecting into priority accounts while converting inbound demand
- Lead deep discovery with commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Design and articulate tailored solutions that map to complex customer workflows
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, procurement, and approvals
- Collaborate closely with Product, Solutions, and Leadership on strategic deals
- Close high-value, multi-product agreements and expand strategic accounts over time
- Evangelize the benefits of GelatoConnect products and help printers scale profitably
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene to ensure forecasting accuracy and actionable sales insights
AI-First Sales Practices
- Act as an AI builder, actively utilizing AI tools to enhance sales processes and increase execution speed across the funnel
Customer Value & Market Feedback
- Provide frontline feedback to Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to continuously improve our go-to-market approach
Who you are

Our Requirements Include:
Sales Experience & Performance
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based platforms with proven closing experience
- Demonstrated success in consultative, enterprise-style sales motions
- Experience selling operationally complex solutions with multiple modules
- Strong discovery skills; you know how to uncover real business pain through curiosity
- Experience studying how a business works and transforming this through software
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Commercial & Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively
- Credible with senior stakeholders across commercial, technical, and operational roles
Ways of Working
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ownership
- Highly organised, strategic, and disciplined in pipeline management
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high level of autonomy

Tools, AI & Languages
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and embedding them into daily workflows to increase speed and effectiveness
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
