Join us on our mission! We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Analyst to join our team and help tackle some of the most unique, complex challenges at the fundamental level of blockchain technology.
Summary of the Job Role: As a Junior Commercial Analyst, you will support the Commercial and Customer Success team by analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, assisting with financial modeling, and tracking commercial initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure projects and tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional follow-through.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data and create actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Track and follow up on key deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Support the development and documentation of commercial structures, pricing strategies, and client classification models.
- Prepare financial models and cost analyses to support pricing and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, infrastructure, finance) to align processes and data.
- Maintain and improve internal reporting systems, including revenue tracking and cost reconciliation.
- Support the creation of client-facing materials, including proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Research and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning in the Web3 space.
- Ensure efficient communication with stakeholders and liaise effectively between technical and non-technical teams.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and initiative.
Requirements and Needed Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to consulting (Big 4) or blockchain/Web3 projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a focus on efficiency and follow-through.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, or IT processes.
- Ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Have:
- Interest or experience in Ethereum scaling solutions and zkEVM/optimistic rollups.
- Basic understanding of commercial frameworks, SLAs, and client success strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Prior work in a globally distributed team.
