Product Marketing Manager

Remote (EMEA/APAC)

About the Role

Gateway.fm is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our products are positioned, communicated, and adopted across the Web3 ecosystem. You’ll work closely with BD, product, and marketing teams to drive adoption, scale awareness, and strengthen Gateway’s brand across digital and real-world channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands blockchain ecosystems, and can bridge technical infrastructure with compelling storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Positioning
    • Manage and update Gateway.fm website content, ensuring product positioning and messaging remain clear, compelling, and up-to-date.
  • Product Campaigns
    • Drive end-to-end product campaigns together with BD and marketing teams.
    • Support GTM launches, co-marketing with partners, and adoption-focused campaigns.
  • Community Presence
    • Support speaking opportunities for Gateway leadership across podcasts, events, and panels.
  • PR & Media
    • Coordinate press releases with partners and media outlets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and Web3 media.
  • Events & Activations
    • Organize and support events, hackathons, conferences, and ecosystem activations.
    • Represent Gateway.fm at industry events and secure speaking slots for team members.
  • Content & Growth
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Lead SEO strategy to grow visibility and inbound interest.
    • Produce and manage blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Podcast Strategy
    • Support Gateway.fm’s podcast presence (both hosting and guesting).
    • Manage podcast distribution and audience growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of marketing or product marketing experience in Web3.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 infrastructure and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
  • Proven experience running product campaigns, GTM launches, and PR/media relations.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, BD, and engineering teams.
  • Proven experience leading a team, ideally in a remote-first environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developer-focused or infrastructure marketing.
  • Background in organizing/marketing large-scale events or hackathons.
  • Familiarity with podcast production and digital distribution.
  • Network within crypto media, KOLs, and community channels.
