About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Gamelight you will support both business and tech teams with finding new experts and talents while at the same time constantly improving our hiring processes. This opening is on-site in Hamburg. Apply only if you are willing to work on-site from Hamburg.

What you will do:

• Prepare job descriptions and post on job portals
• Actively search for suitable candidates and approach relevant ones
• Organize interviews, test tasks and handle all communication with candidates
• Perform first interviews and evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria
• Find ways to improve and speed-up our hiring process

Your profile:

• Previous recruiting experience
• Previous technical recruiting experience
• Organized, high attention to details, clear communication skills
• Fluency in English and German
