Senior Business Analyst / Senior System Analyst Positions

We are hiring Senior Business and Senior System Analysts across several teams. These include the trading platform behind our CFD and Invest products, order processing, and execution, and partner systems.

Responsibilities 

• Gather, analyse, and validate requirements from business stakeholders
• Own analysis through the full feature lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Turn business needs into clear, development-ready documentation: specifications, user stories, use cases, and UML, BPMN, and sequence diagrams
• Design and propose technical solutions that fit our business objectives and technology strategy
• Describe system integrations and contracts between services, including REST APIs, gRPC, and message brokers
• Analyse existing flows and legacy functionality, and document how they behave
• Work closely with Product, Design, Development, QA, and Operations team
• Own and continuously refine the technical documentation

Requirements 

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Solid understanding of the SDLC
• Proven record of writing documentation of detailed system specifications, user stories, use cases, and diagrams (UML, BPMN, sequence)
• Analysis and documentation of requirements for backend and platform systems
• Knowledge of web services, API types, and  third-party integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management, and the ability to onboard quickly into new domains and adapt to change
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Background in the fintech industry, ideally CFD/Forex trading, with experience in client-facing trading platforms, admin tools, or back-office systems
• Familiarity with API protocols (REST, WebSockets, gRPC, FIX) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace)
• SQL and data skills, and experience with log analysis tools such as Graylog and Kibana
• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and CI/CD processes
