Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor at Fuze Health plays a vital role in overseeing warehousing operations, ensuring the seamless flow of production from raw material acquisition through to product distribution. Reporting to the Facilities and Operations leadership, this individual will manage a team of warehouse associates and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance across all logistics functions within the respective FuzeRx location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations Oversight: Direct and monitor daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Coordinate logistics to ensure efficient transportation and timely distribution of finished products.
  • Inventory & Supply Management: Oversee supply levels to minimize shortages, optimize stock levels, and support uninterrupted production workflows.
  • Efficiency & Cost Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve packing workflows and reduce operational costs.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse associates to achieve departmental goals, holding team members accountable to quality, safety, and SLA metrics.
  • Scheduling & Workload Coordination: Manage staffing, scheduling, and duty assignments to ensure efficient operations and meet facility targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align warehouse activities with production, marketing, and overall supply chain schedules.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse and supply chain transactions while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training on logistics procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • Issue Resolution & Investigation: Lead investigations into compliance concerns, mispacks, and other warehouse-related issues to drive process improvements.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (equivalent work experience considered).
  • Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in med-tech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics workflows, and supply chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in supply chain or warehouse management systems and standard productivity tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and compliance.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience training, coaching, and developing warehouse staff.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics.
  • Experience managing warehouse performance through KPIs and scorecards.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The compensation range for this position is $60,000-$70,000, in addition we offer a range of benefits including:
