About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to be focussed on developing novel AI capabilities to solve everyday cooking problems for home cooks.

You will be working within a cross-functional value stream, focussed on delivering magical experiences for connected home cooks, providing everyday value to them and maximising the effectiveness of integrations for our partners - the largest appliance brands in the world. 

We are looking for someone with a strong bias to action, who has an excellent product sensibility, and who is excited to work with us on the cutting edge of IoT, Ai, and a best in class user experience.  

You will be the key product decision maker in your value stream and need to be comfortable being definitive, based on clear evidence and rationale. 

You are a great communicator and can inspire and support our design and engineering teams, while building authentic and trusting relationships with our partners and stakeholders. 

We are embracing remote as well as hybrid working patterns although some travel to Dublin will be expected.

Your skills and experience

• Senior product management experience working hands on with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver against a product strategy and vision.  Able to unite a diverse group of people around a shared goal and deliver results through others.
• Demonstrated track record of a "get to market" approach to building and delivering products that strikes the right balance between moving quickly and delivering outcomes to solve real user problems. 
• Definitive decision making, with clear rationale, backed up by evidence and data. 
• Communicates effectively across the organisation, at all levels. Proactively over-communicates. Inspires and motivates through their communication. Able to explain complex decisions and technical concepts to any audience and tailors communication accordingly.  i.e. partners, stakeholders and teams. 
• A strong interest in emerging AI / LLM technologies, with demonstrable experience working with machine learning or AI teams. 
• Experience of test and learn discovery methods.  A clear bias to action - delivering what matters most iteratively and not waiting for ‘perfect’. 
• A commercial and customer focused mindset that incorporates strategic thinking and quant/qual insight to balance quick wins and bigger, more impactful pieces of work
• Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies
• 5 years experience in consumer products

What the job involves

• This is a key role within the Product team and will be focussed on creating a delightful home cook experience with a focus on an Ai powered cooking companion to assist in various parts of the cooking process. 
• Working with design, platform and Ai engineers on a daily basis and coordinating delivering a product across multiple teams in a cross functional value stream. 
• Deep immersion into the cooking space and building a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by home cooks.
• Applying strong product practices and a customer-led and data-informed mindset to what we do.
• Work closely with a range of appliance partners to ensure alignment in product strategy and exceptional end-to-end experiences
• Be an active member of the Product Management team by helping drive continuous improvement in the team’s skills
• Partner effectively across a range of functional teams in the business to maximise the impact of the teams work.  This includes Marketing, Sales and Finance.

   • Why we do it: This step evaluates your skills in building and delivering products, balancing strategic vision with execution, and solving real user problems.

4. Technical/AI Interview

   • What it is: A deep dive into your experience working with AI, machine learning, or IoT technologies, along with your ability to collaborate with technical teams.
   • Why we do it: This ensures you have the technical acumen to succeed in a role that intersects with cutting-edge AI and IoT innovations.

5. Team Interview

   • What it is: A session with cross-functional team members, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders you’d work closely with in this role.
   • Why we do it: This step evaluates how you collaborate with diverse teams and your ability to build strong, trusting relationships within the company.
