Senior People Partner - Tech & GTM

We help protect the global financial system by verifying millions of identities for banks, neobanks, online brokers, crypto exchanges, and insurers like N26, Trade Republic, flatexDEGIRO, Nationale Nederlanden, Qonto, Shine, Solarisbank, and more.
Having started our journey in January 2018, we're incredibly proud to count around 250 employees between our Amsterdam and Barcelona offices with over 50 nationalities.
We're looking for a Senior People Partner to join us in Barcelona, owning the partnership with two of our most critical departments: Tech and Go-to-Market.
The role
This isn't a support role. You'll be a genuine strategic partner - you're the person our CTO and CRO turn to when thinking about how to build and grow their organisations. You'll bring people strategy into the heart of the business, challenge leaders with data and insight, and help us build high-performing teams ready to take us further, faster.
You'll be part of a lean, ambitious People team that cares about craft and impact. You'll collaborate across the full people agenda - from organisational design to culture to global programmes - and own meaningful workstreams end to end.

What you'll do
- Partner strategically with our Tech and GTM leaders on org design, team performance, and capability building.
- Translate business priorities into people strategy identifying what the organisation needs and designing the right interventions, not just the obvious ones.
- Use data to drive decisions, surfacing insights, tracking what's working, and bringing evidence to every stakeholder conversation.
- Design and lead global people programmes across performance, engagement, career development, and manager effectiveness — from concept to impact.
- Build global people products with the team collaborating closely with colleagues across the People function to co-create programmes and tools that work for everyone, everywhere.
- Coach and challenge leaders to build the habits, skills, and culture that make their teams genuinely great.
- Make it real: you thrive on turning good thinking into tangible outcomes. You don't stop at the recommendation; you see it through.
- Navigate complex employee relations independently, with depth in employment law and the pragmatism to handle nuance.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the People team to deliver something coherent and excellent across the business.
What we're looking for
You've operated as a senior HRBP in a tech environment and know what it means to truly partner — not just support. You bring commercial instincts alongside people expertise, and you're as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building as you are in a strategy conversation or working through a difficult ER case. At this stage of our journey, we need someone who can do and thrive on both.
- Strategic HRBP experience: you've done this before and you know what good looks like.
- A builder's mindset: you don't just advise, you deliver. You're as comfortable creating a framework from scratch as you are presenting it to a leadership team.
- Commercial instincts: you think like a business leader, not just a people professional.
- Organisational design & change management: you've led it, not just supported it.
- Global people programmes: you've designed and delivered them end to end.
- People analytics: you use data naturally, not as an afterthought.
- Employment law: you know Dutch or Spanish employment law well and navigate it with confidence.
- Leadership coaching: you challenge and develop leaders in a way that actually sticks.
- Continuous curiosity: always looking for a sharper insight or a better approach.
Nice to have
- Spanish speaker.
- Working knowledge of employment law in other jurisdictions.
Ways of working: You'll be in our Barcelona office 3 days a week and travel at least quarterly to our Amsterdam office to spend time with your key stakeholders.
