Senior Implementation Engineer - Kuala Lumpur

POSITION OVERVIEW

This Implementation Engineer role is responsible for configuring and customizing e2open’s Intelligent Application Suite in line with the e2open's direction and customers’ business needs. The implementation Engineer will work in a team of project manager, architects, application implementation engineers and testers in the full SDLC cycle including requirements gathering, solution design and development, user acceptance testing and solution implementation.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Configures E2open application and collaborates with technical team for implementation of integrations and customizations to meet client’s needs
• Demonstrates expertise in software implementations and applies industry knowledge to decipher client’s needs
• Partnering with internal product/analytics team to implement standard solutions.
• Customizing standard solutions to meet customer requirements.
• System testing, trouble shooting, code review and unit testing.
• Presenting solutions to the customers.
• Offer third level support to the production support team.
• Works closely with and communicate effectively and independently with project managers, Solution Architects and Quality Engineers, as well as customers.
• Responsible for collaborating regularly with global, multicultural teams both within E2open and on client’s side

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant IT programs / courses.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java programming, Oracle SQL, Stored procedure, UNIX scripting
• Capacity for teamwork, analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to acquire new skills.
• Working knowledge of at least one E2open solution (tech stack, delivery methodology, change mgmt.)
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of English – Verbal and Written.
