Full Time  | EMEA Remote | Amsterdam

This is a remote role based within the EMEA region. Candidates must have a valid EU work permit to work at Founda remotely or be eligible to work from our office in Amsterdam.

Position Overview

As the Brand Strategist at Founda Health, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing a cohesive, impactful global brand strategy that aligns with our mission to revolutionize healthcare data availability. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead strategic initiatives in brand development, thought leadership, and brand positioning; helping us build a world-class identity that resonates across global markets.

This is not a Product Marketing role. Your focus will be on defining and elevating the Founda Health brand across all channels, online and offline, while driving strategic awareness, brand consistency, and market trust. You’ll partner closely with key functions such as Product Marketing, HR, Sales, and Partnerships to tell compelling stories and build meaningful connections with our audiences.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the intersection of strategy and storytelling, someone who understands how to build a strong, differentiated brand in a fast-paced, international healthcare or health-tech environment.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and execute a global brand strategy that strengthens Founda Health’s position in the healthcare data ecosystem.

  • Create brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and identity systems that ensure consistency across all touchpoints and regions.

  • Lead localized brand initiatives that reflect regional market nuances while maintaining overall brand integrity.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in brand strategy in the healthcare or health-tech space preferably B2B and SAAS.

  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for mission-driven work.

  • Strong background in brand performance management analyzing and optimizing brand perception, engagement, and growth.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and message across diverse audiences and platforms.

  • Experience leading PR, content, and social media strategies that drive measurable awareness and reputation growth.

Recruitment Process

  • Introduction call w/ the People team (~30 minutes)
  • Building the brand of Founda Health w/ Chief of Staff and CEO (~75 minutes)
  • Collaboration w/ Product & Sales w/ VP of Product and GM EMEA (~60 minutes)
  • Final conversation on company culture, compensation & benefits (~30 minutes)
