We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

Full-time | EMEA Remote or Amsterdam

This is a remote role based within the EMEA region. Candidates must have a valid EU work permit to work at Founda remotely or be eligible to work from our office in Amsterdam.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting our internal recruiting efforts, driving our business growth by actively sourcing and hiring for diverse positions spanning Product & Development, Commercial, Support, Services, Operations and People departments. You'll be shaping a seamless and efficient hiring process, ensuring each candidate enjoys a positive experience, irrespective of the result of their application. Furthermore you will be building our prospection pool, while making sure that everyone in this pool stays up to date on the Founda progress and opportunities. As a vital responsibility, this role involves shaping and enhancing our online employer branding through our website, LinkedIn and other channels. You will play a pivotal role in crafting the representation of our company as an employer, projecting an enticing image to attract and retain top talent. This encompasses effectively communicating our values, work culture, and overall reputation in the job market, shaping our team and driving our mission forward.

Role & Responsibilities

Recruitment Maestro

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage the hiring pipeline. Your expertise will be essential in attracting top talent to contribute to our innovative healthcare solutions.

Collaborative Partner

Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to recruitment.

Candidate Experience Champion

Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the process.

Talent Pool Architect

Develop and maintain a robust talent prospecting pool, ensuring a continuous pipeline of high-caliber candidates interested in joining Founda Health.

Internal Talent Advocate

Foster internal mobility and career development. Work closely with department heads to identify opportunities for growth within the organization and support employees in their career progression.

Relationship Builder

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing relationships with our external partners, including recruitment agencies. You'll ensure that these partners understand our hiring needs, adhere to our established collaboration processes, and represent our company in a professional manner. A key part of your role will be to help them deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience, in line with the high standards we aim to uphold throughout our recruitment process.

Employer Brand Builder

Craft and enhance our employer brand to attract top-tier candidates. Develop and implement strategies to showcase Founda Health as an employer of choice, emphasizing our mission, values, and unique workplace culture.

Employment Brand Ambassador

Represent Founda Health at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the tech or healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the company's values and mission.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects with attention to detail.

Recruitment Process

  • Introduction call with our People team (~45 minutes)
  • In-depth discussion with our People Operations Partner (~30 minutes)
  • Final interview with our Chief of Staff for cultural fit (~30 minutes)
