HR Administrator (Part-Time 60-80%)

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to support HR Operations across the business on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the full range of personnel and HR administration tasks, ensuring smooth running operations across payroll, employee records, performance management and compliance.
What you will do
Personnel Administration:
- Maintain and manage accurate employee records, including contracts, holidays requests, sick leave and absences.
- Store and organise all HR documentation, including CV’s, job descriptions and performance reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, policies and processes.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide data on absences, new starters, leavers and changes in employee details to support payroll processing
- Assist with queries related to pay, benefits and entitlements
Onboarding:
- Support new starter onboarding, including collecting required documentation (eg. BSN numbers, bank account details, ID) and issuing contracts
- Manage visa and work permit applications for international employees
- Performance Management Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule employee review meetings including probation, performance appraisals and development discussions
- Support the CFO in creating and maintaining templates for reviews and performance-related documentation
- Ensure all performance data and documentation is securely stored and accessible when required
HR Processes and Systems:
- Develop and maintain an organised system for storing and tracking all employee-related documentation
- Maintain and confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and other relevant employment regulations
About you
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Spoken and written Dutch and English proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of payroll procedures and good knowledge of employment law in Netherlands
- Strong team spirit and customer orientation
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking capability, with ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- Professional maturity with high sense for ethics, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
