About the role
We’re looking for a People Associate to join our People team. This is a hands-on role with exposure across the full employee life cycle, working closely with a small but mighty People team.
You will support day-to-day People operations while also getting involved in broader People initiatives, projects and improvements. This role is ideal for someone early in their People career who wants to make an impact across a growing scale-up, take on real responsibility, and loves variety
What you will be doing
- Supporting the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Managing People Operations tasks including contracts, documentation, system updates and employee records
- Coordinating onboarding and induction for new hires
- Supporting performance review cycles and career development processes
- Assisting with employee relations queries and escalating where appropriate
- Maintaining accuracy across People systems and reports
- Supporting compliance and policy administration
- Getting involved in wider People initiatives such as engagement, wellbeing, learning and development or process improvements
- Working closely with managers and other teams to get things done efficiently
What we are looking for
- Early experience in a People, HR or People Operations role, or a strong interest in building a career in this area
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on getting things done
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first approach
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
