About this role
Due to our continued growth, Flipdish is seeking a Tech Lead to join our global engineering team. Our main goal is to provide our clients with a standout management platform for all their Flipdish services, with a particular focus on onboarding and self-service maintenance. The successful candidate for this role will be looking for an exciting new challenge in a hyper-growth environment. You should have a passion for technology and be willing to take on new challenges and input to the company’s growth
In this job, you’ll…
- Work with a PM and EM to help manage and run the team
- Deeply understand our customers and their problems, ensuring that the team is always focused on the right thing
- Lead the way with architecture and help forge and advocate for our Golden Path
- Be hands on developing our client platforms
- Advocate for, and implement automation wherever possible
We’re looking for…
- 2+ years experience as a technical leader
- 8+ years of development experience, in multiple languages and frameworks (c# and Javascript at a minimum, React/Typescript a bonus)
- The ability to work across a full stack, owning your own vertical slice of the product
- Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior developers
- A problem solving nature, with the ability to dig in to issues and come up with appropriate solutions
- The ability to technically lead the team, setting technical strategy and direction in alignment with the Flipdish Golden Path
