Are you ready to take the driver’s seat in scaling the logistics backbone of one of Europe’s leading e-commerce beauty destinations? At flaconi, we are pushing the boundaries of e-commerce logistics. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse System Specialist to revolutionize our warehouse systems, drive automation, and support our rapid international expansion. 

Your role

• Take a leading role in shaping our warehouse systems by working cross-functionally with internal and external development teams and key stakeholders 
• Lead the evaluation, testing, and rollout of change requests and custom functionality enhancements in our Warehouse Systems
• Cover end-to-end IT project management for roadmap initiatives, coordinating internal and external development resources.
• Pinpoint, specify, and execute systemic and logistical workflow enhancements to support flaconi’s international growth while sustaining operational reliability.
• Drive and enable AI and Automation adoption in our Warehouse
• Work and collaborate closely with internal and external business and tech teams to create and ensure stable processes and technical implementations.
• Steer our warehouse operations toward maximum efficiency, high performance, and seamless automation alongside our Enterprise Apps Department
• Be hands on by supporting our users and daily operations as well as cover system management tasks end-to-end

Your profile

• Extensive experience of Warehouse Management Systems and related e-commerce Warehouse processes as well as generalistic Tech knowledge
• A track record of managing integrations between WMS and other enterprise systems such as  ERPs, e-commerce shop platforms and Masterdata Management System
• In-depth knowledge of logistic processes in ecommerce from inbound to outbound and other related processes
• Experience in managing external software vendors and logistics providers such as brokers/carriers
• Leveraging AI for your daily work and understanding of AI principles
• Proven track record in IT Project Management within logistics environment
• Hands-on mentality and a curious mind. With drive and ownership,  you are always willing to challenge the status quo and push for improvements.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting mindset capable of resolving operational escalations quickly.
• Ability to bridge clear communication between technical engineers, warehouse staff and executive directors.
• Business fluent English and German skills
