As a Business Automation Developer (all genders), you will join a high-visibility team set up to automate core operational processes across flaconi. You will work at the intersection of AI tools, custom scripting, and low-code platforms with the full autonomy to pick whichever stack best gets the job done, making continuous experimentation with cutting-edge technology an explicit part of your responsibilities.

Your Role

• Operate as part of a brand-new internal team to build automated solutions for operational teams across flaconi.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding and orchestration platforms (Vercel Eve, LLMs, automation hubs) and low-code tools (Make) to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and automated workflows.
• Take full ownership of automating manual business processes, converting spreadsheets and multi-step operational tasks into seamless digital pipelines.
• Write and maintain custom scripts (primarily Google Apps Script) to extend G-Suite and connect operational tools.
• Manage automation configurations using GitHub and deploy automated tasks and scheduled jobs via GitHub Actions.
• Act as the hands-on execution bridge between business operations and core engineering teams.

Your Profile

• High proficiency with AI coding assistants (Gemini, Vercel Eve, Claude) to generate scripts, debug logic, and accelerate your building process.
• Strong familiarity with Google Apps Script (JavaScript-based) or basic Go to handle custom logic and data transformations.
• Comfort using GitHub for version control (commits, pull requests) and configuring basic GitHub Actions for automation.
• Sharp process-mapping mindset with the ability to analyze a manual workflow or spreadsheet and immediately design an automated fix.
• Strong execution drive with attention to detail, early-adopter curiosity, and clear communication skills with business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Gemini/AI tools, and GitHub.
• Background in varied operational environments or technical operations across different industries.
