We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Working Student Supply Chain Management (all genders) to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll support the team with reporting, analysis, and operational tasks. If you are currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or Data Analytics (or related field) and looking to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced beauty e-commerce company, then we would love to hear from you!
Your Role
- Data-Driven Supply Chain Analytics: Go beyond data extraction - analyze trends in inventory flow, stock-outs, and unhealthy stock to identify root causes and recommend improvement areas.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Support: Generate insights and structured data packages to prepare the team for strategic supplier meetings and alignment discussions.
- Inbound & Order Monitoring: Support the operational tracking of inbound priorities, follow up on open orders, and bridge communication between vendors and our warehouse partners.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Utilize SQL, Excel, and Tableau to build, maintain, and automate regular operational reports, stock projection models, and workflow documentations.
- Ad-hoc Operations and Project Support: Assist the supply chain team with daily operations, cross-functional projects, process optimizations, and emergency troubleshooting as needed.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field, with at least one year of studies remaining.
- Proficiency or initial experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and SQL; Tableau knowledge would be a plus!
- You have a foundational understanding of Inventory Management (either theoretical from studies or practical experience)
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally; proficiency in English is required, German is a plus.
