We are looking for a proactive Junior Pricing Manager (all genders) to join our growing Pricing team of five. Our team serves as an interface between the commercial, marketing, and purchasing departments, while collaborating closely with management to establish pricing strategies, set price levels, and organize promotional activities to meet company goals. Your role

• You will support the optimization of pricing strategies (including analysis, calculation, planning, and implementation).
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of pricing strategies, execute core pricing calculations, and manage all pricing reporting.
• Conduct the daily price calculation process and deliver regular performance reports using tools like Tableau.
• Contribute to the optimization of our voucher strategy and manage all related processes alongside our Campaign Management team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Data, and Marketing teams to implement pricing strategies that achieve daily business targets.
• Manage the daily operations of our pricing tool, including input data adjustments and running critical quality checks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all ad-hoc pricing inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular competitor and market analyses to inform and adjust our pricing strategy.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics or related field
• Excellent knowledge in Excel and other office tools. Knowledge in Tableau & SQL would be a plus! 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. Knowledge of German language would be a plus! 
• A proactive working style with motivation to contribute your own ideas for process optimization
• An analytical and detail oriented mindset.
