We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student IT Support (all genders) to join our team of 3 based in Halle. In this role, you will support our IT Infrastructure team with overall infrastructure topics including; onboarding and offboarding, software and hardware support . If you're currently pursuing a degree in a related field and eager to gain initial experience and to develop and learn within the IT Support field, then we'd love to hear from you!
Your Role
- With your enthusiasm for technical support, you will assist the Infrastructure team offer first and second-level support for end-users, including diagnosing and resolving software and hardware-related problems
- Support with the preparation the hardware for your colleagues, and provide support for all equipment, including seamless setup and configuration (On- and Offboarding)
- You will develop, write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and procedures for an improved and streamlined user experience
- In addition, you will provide technical training to employees and support our knowledge sharing within our innovative organization
Your Profile
- Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master in Technology, or an equivalent field) with an availability of at least one year
- A customer oriented attitude and good communication skills with the ability to communicate/solve technical issues also for colleagues without technical knowledge
- First experience with Operating Systems, Cloud Software and Hardware, as well as basic knowledge of networks and network security would be a plus!
- You are passionate about technology
- Fluency in English and German
