Client Success Executive
About us
First Digital is a digital asset focused trust, custody, financial technology company at the vanguard of the emerging digitalization of assets, where the full value for your worldly assets can finally unite like other digital data. Our best-in-class custodian and near-banking layer enables previously unattainable options for payments, asset management and access to products that can help enhance financial inclusion.
Our infrastructure – including FDUSD, Asia’s 1st home grown blockchain-based USD stable-coin – Developed to help economies, institutions and developers gain access to technology breakthroughs and capitalize on the digital evolution of finance, trust, and technology.
Client Success is a crucial part of the GTM function that has key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of First Digital to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of financial services capabilities: Trust and Custody Asset Management, Global Payments, OTC, Stablecoin Delivery Management and Digital Asset Transformation & Tokenization.
As a Client Success Executive, you will support the Client Success team in delivering a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for our institutional clients and market makers. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the workings of custody, stablecoins, and institutional client servicing from the ground up.
Rather than owning client relationships end-to-end, you will work closely with the Client Success Manager and Team Lead to keep onboarding operations organized and moving — handling coordination, documentation, and administrative follow-through so the wider team can focus on client strategy and relationship depth. You will be given increasing responsibility as you build your knowledge of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the client onboarding processes, including profile setup, organising documentation, scheduling platform demonstrations, and smooth handover to the Client Services team.
- Assist the Client Success Manager and Business Development team in coordinating new client and market maker onboarding, including meeting logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update all internal documentation, including onboarding trackers, SOPs, and client transaction data, ensuring client status and documentation are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Act as a first point of contact for routine client requests (mostly during onboarding), responding promptly and professionally, and escalating more complex issues to the Client Success Manager.
- Help prepare materials, notes, and data compilations for client check-ins (quarterly), and follow up on agreed action items.
- Coordinate with the Client Services team on operational handovers and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Provide timely updates to the Client Success Manager and Team Lead on client activities, pending items, and any urgent concerns.
- Take on ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to support the wider Client Success team as priorities shift.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–2 years of working experience within financial services industry. Fresh graduates with genuine interest in financial services will also be considered.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High adaptability — comfortable picking up new tasks, adjusting to changing priorities, and wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the discipline to keep trackers, records, and follow-ups accurate and current.
- Positive, proactive, and client-first attitude.
Preferred but not a must:
- Prior experience in customer service, operations, or account coordination (any industry).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Deskpro).
- Basic awareness of KYC/AML concepts is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work extra hours and on public holidays (with compensation and under WFH policy).
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Self-driven yet collaborative—able to work independently and as part of a team.
