We are seeking skilled .NET (Core) Back-End Engineers – specialists who excel in system design, clean architecture, and high-performance coding. If you thrive on performance, scalability, and automation—using AI, LLMs, and developer copilots to accelerate impact—this role is for you. We’re looking for execution-driven engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and bridging Web2 reliability with Web3 innovation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build robust, scalable back-end systems using .NET Core and C# to support critical services.
  • Leverage AI and agentic workflows to design efficient, maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and DevOps teams to implement new features and services that power stablecoin and digital asset platforms.
  • Refactor existing systems for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Integrate intelligent engineering tools to streamline development workflows.
  • Participate in the full SDLC—from technical design and coding to testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
What We're Looking For:
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and architectural skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies (including AI and LLM-based development tools).
  • 7+ years of experience (or equivalent skill) in .NET Core and C#.
  • Understanding of microservices, domain-driven design, and CQRS patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
What Sets You Apart (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with fintech or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with blockchain concepts: consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS), smart contracts, and platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or Binance Smart Chain.
  • Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, payments, or wealth management systems.
