How you are going to make an impact π

Processing client requests related to payments (deposits, withdrawals, payment status) escalated by the first line of support

Checking the status of transactions in the administrative panels and interacting with payment providers (using a template)

Initiating manual crediting or rejection of a transaction according to the regulations

Request and check POP (Proof of Payment) if necessary

Recording actions in internal systems

Timely transfer of non-standard cases to senior colleagues from Payments Preparation of a shift report describing processed requests and identified problems

Monitoring the status of payment channels, recording failures

Basic understanding of payment systems (deposits/withdrawals, bank transfers, e-wallets)

Attention to detail, responsibility

Confident PC user, experience with CRM, admin panels and Google Sheets English β from Intermediate level (for reading system messages and correspondence)

Ability to work night shifts or on a shift schedule
