About FINN

FINN is a fast-growing fintech founded in 2022. We provide Earned Wage Access - letting employees withdraw the salary they've already earned, before payday, in the Philippines and Thailand, with South Africa launching now. Our users are employed wage earners who often live paycheck to paycheck: service workers, BPO agents, retail and factory staff. Growth runs on paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE) plus partnerships, and we operate with startup speed: small team, real budgets, direct ownership.

About the role

You'll own paid acquisition across our three markets: the budgets, the account architecture, the bidding and buying decisions, the signal quality, the measurement, and above all the CAC targets. You'll work in a tight pair with our Creative Manager — they make the ads, you decide what runs and what scales, and you two share one number: cost per acquired customer.

Different channels and markets here need genuinely different buying approaches. Some run best as well-fed automation — broad structures, Advantage+, relentless creative refresh. Others demand precision: keyword-level Search builds, CPC and tCPA discipline, manual structures while a new market is still signal-poor. You know when to hand a campaign to the machine and feed it creative, and when to build precision structures with manual bids — and you've done both.

Concretely, you will:

  • Own the CAC targets across three markets. Each market has an explicit monthly volume goal and CAC ceiling, measured on backend attribution. When the number is red, we expect you to be the first to know, the first to say so, and the first to move.
  • Allocate and scale budget with real math. One market is about to scale spend by a third; another needs its efficiency problem solved structurally; a third is relaunching from zero. You reason in marginal CAC, auction pressure, frequency, and fatigue economics.
  • Run the full-funnel architecture, including remarketing. Prospecting and remarketing built as one system: site visitors, ad engagers, and funnel drop-offs (our onboarding has a long verification middle — drop-off remarketing is a real lever here), with exclusions and audience hygiene done properly — and honesty about what remarketing actually adds.
  • Own measurement in an imperfect-data world. Our attribution is triangulation across sources that disagree — platform-reported, backend first-touch, analytics events. You know which number to trust for which decision, you challenge platform-reported results, and you design incrementality tests — that settle arguments with evidence.
  • Keep the signal layer honest. Pixel and CAPI event architecture, optimization-event choices, campaign parameter hygiene, tracking integrity. When data breaks, you notice before anyone else does — and you fix it.
  • Run the creative testing loop. Weekly readout of what's winning and dying (hook rates, hold rates, CPA per concept), decisive kill/scale calls, data-driven briefs to the Creative Lead — and you personally ship variant iterations of proven winners using AI tools.
  • Launch channels from zero. TikTok is enabled and waiting in one market — that's a week-one deliverable. There will be more: new channels, new markets.
  • Work AI-native. Our weekly performance reviews run on scripted, automated pipelines. You'll extend that machine: reporting, anomaly detection, bulk operations.

What we're looking for (in order)

  1. In-house accountability. You've owned monthly volume + CAC targets measured on backend attribution, in-house or embedded within the team. You can tell us about a quarter you missed and what you did about it.
  2. Deep Meta expertise. Advantage+/ASC vs manual structure judgment, cost and bid caps, CAPI and signal quality, creative testing frameworks — and scaling spend without CAC blowout: you can explain how you've managed auction pressure and frequency at increasing budgets.
  3. Deep Google expertise. Search with real keyword and bidding precision — including brand vs non-brand separation and a clear view on brand incrementality — plus PMax and Demand Gen measured on their true contribution, and App Campaigns for install flows.
  4. TikTok working proficiency. You've launched and scaled it somewhere and understand it's a creative-velocity game; you'll relaunch it here in week one. (LINE experience is a rare bonus — we run it in Thailand.)
  5. Full-funnel remarketing craft. Retargeting architecture across site visitors, engagers, and funnel drop-offs — and the incrementality literacy to design tests that isolate what it truly adds.
  6. Measurement under imperfect data. Triangulating platform vs backend numbers that disagree, incrementality testing (geo-holdouts, lift studies), and knowing which number to trust for which decision.
  7. Operator reflexes. Problems you found and fixed without being asked, tracking you personally kept honest, commitments made as "here's what I'll have and when." This shows up at every stage of our process.

Experience bar: 5+ years in performance marketing, having personally managed ≥$500k/month with Meta and Google running concurrently, across two or more countries at the same time, against backend targets.

Bonus: regulated-category experience on Meta (fintech, lending-adjacent, insurance) · Thai or Filipino fluency · mobile gaming / app UA background · LINE Ads · experience being the whole growth-ops machine at an early-stage company.

How we'll evaluate you

We'll be transparent about the process, because it doubles as a preview of the job:

  1. Screening call — a focused conversation on your current scope and the technical fundamentals of the craft.
  2. Live walkthrough of our ad accounts — a short session with the Head of Growth inside our real accounts, talking through what you see.
  3. Paid account audit (compensated) — we hand you real ad-account data from one of our markets and ask: what's working, what's broken, and what would you do in your first 30 days, as a dated action list. We know what's in the data; we're watching whether you find it.
  4. Audit walkthrough — you defend the audit, we push back, and we change an assumption to watch you re-reason.
  5. Founder conversation and references.

What we offer

  • Full-time remote role with real budget ownership from week one — three live markets, ~$3.6M+/year of paid spend, and a mandate to grow it
  • A genuinely AI-forward operation: scripted reporting infrastructure already in place, tooling budget, and the expectation that you build on it
  • A tight, senior pairing with a dedicated Performance Creative Lead producing fresh creative at volume
  • Unlimited annual leave per FINN policy; laptop and WFH equipment allowance
  • The chance to run paid acquisition for a multi-market fintech at the stage where your decisions are visible in the company's one shared number every week
