Field Sales Representative

Philippines

About FINN

FINN is a fintech company building simple and transparent products that improve financial well-being for underbanked employees. Our core offering gives people access to wages they have already earned, alongside tools to help them manage money better, build savings, access insurance, earn additional income, and use fairer financial services.

Founded in 2022, FINN is the largest player in the early wage access space in Southeast Asia and is expanding rapidly into new markets globally. We are looking for ambitious builders who take ownership, move fast, and want to shape products that create meaningful impact in people’s lives.

The Field Sales Representative drives customer acquisition and activation through in-person selling (e.g., store-based, outdoor, or partner-location deployment). You will engage potential customers in public spaces, explain FINN’s product clearly and responsibly, and guide them end-to-end through application.

Success in this position is measured by the number and quality of completed applications and downstream activation.

Why this role matters

For field channels, success is driven by execution quality: pitch + onboarding completion + location strategy + daily coaching. This role is the frontline of FINN and directly impacts conversion rate, CAC, risk quality, and brand trust.

Field operations & reporting

  • Execute daily deployment plans (time, location, booth/table setup, materials)
  • Maintain inventory and condition of sales kit (uniforms, flyers, devices, signage)
  • Accurately record customer interactions and field activities
  • Follow reporting routines (leads, applications, approvals, activations, issues)
  • Escalate operational issues quickly (device/app issues, hotspot changes, safety concerns)
  • Represent the FINN brand positively and professionally at all times
  • Provide feedback from customers and market insights to supervisors
