Founded in 2022 by experienced serial entrepreneurs, we are building a financial platform that gives workers access to tools they’ve historically been excluded from - including early wage access, financial education, budgeting tools, micro-insurance, and new income opportunities. We’ve achieved strong product-market fit and rapid growth across the region.

As we scale from ~60 to 200+ employees, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to help strengthen and scale our hiring engine.

You will work closely with the Head of Talent & People, hiring managers, and leadership to attract and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions as FINN continues to grow.

Role Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in executing FINN’s hiring strategy.

This role is focused on owning and driving recruitment processes end-to-end, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure we consistently hire high-quality talent.

You will operate in a fast-paced startup environment where hiring speed, candidate quality, and strong stakeholder collaboration are critical.

This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building high-quality teams across engineering, product, and data as we scale.

  • Own full-cycle hiring across multiple roles, from kickoff to close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define strong candidate profiles and hiring strategy
  • Source and engage high-quality passive candidates across key markets
  • Drive structured, efficient interview processes with strong candidate experience
  • Maintain strong pipeline quality and hiring momentum across roles
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and calibration

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a top-performing recruiter with a strong track record in hiring technical talent.

  • 4–7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven experience hiring for engineering, product, or data roles
  • Background in a top-tier tech company or high-growth startup is strongly preferred
  • Track record of being a top performer (top ~10–15%) within your team
  • Strong sourcing ability and experience engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse is a plus)
