Senior Product Manager - EWA

At FINN, we’re on a mission to revolutionise financial well-being for underbanked employees. Founded in 2022, we are a fintech company that gives full-time employees fair access to their earned wages, alongside financial services & tools to help them earn and save more. Already profitable and active in four countries, we’re now expanding rapidly across both product scope and markets.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our user onboarding experience. You’ll partner closely with the Growth team to scale acquisition and activation in our existing markets, while also leading complex changes to our onboarding flows and collaborating with other PMs to ensure a consistent global onboarding experience.

You’ll join a small, global, remote product team.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the end-to-end onboarding funnel, from first touch to activation
• Lead and support growth experiments in collaboration with the Growth team
• Lead complex third-party integrations (e.g. KYC, Open Banking)

Requirements

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented PM with:

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Proven ownership of a product or product area at scale
• Hands-on experience designing and analysing A/B tests
• Sufficient technical depth to understand and explain system interactions at a high level
• Comfortable operating as a generalist PM, balancing growth optimisation with complex product and platform changes
• Strong data literacy (e.g. basic statistics, SQL)
• Prior fintech (or closely related industry) experience

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g. LaunchDarkly, GrowthBook)
• Experience in growth-stage startups
• Hands-on experience with fintech onboarding flows (KYC, Open Banking, etc.)
