This role will see you working collaboratively across various teams within the FT to create compelling proposals and deliver on client strategies, KPIs, and outcomes. You will employ a consultative sales approach to leverage the FT's portfolio in crafting creative and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct creative solutions for clients using an insight-led, outcome-based approach, including both display and content executions, across the FT portfolio.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and business schools.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, both on the phone and face-to-face.
  • Track and manage activity using Salesforce, generating reports to develop strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a robust strategy to maximise revenues, focusing on uncovering new business opportunities while driving renewals and growth from existing clients.
  • Collaborate across FT Group products and teams, including FT Live, to curate tailored campaign responses for complex client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the evolving Business Education sector.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong sales skills with a consultative approach and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing a client portfolio, identifying areas for improvement, and maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the competitive media landscape and the FT’s unique selling propositions, with an ability to interpret client metrics effectively.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Looker, and Lantern for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Inquisitive and open-minded attitude, coupled with a drive for continuous learning and professional success.

This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven individual with a passion for Business Education and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
