Our Internships
We are looking for passionate and motivated students who are interested in pursuing a career in media to join our team! This program is a paid, ten week summer internship.
As an intern we want you to truly be part of the team and to make a meaningful contribution during your time on the team. Our internships are designed to involve you with hands-on project work from day one, you will face new challenges every day and work alongside career professionals. We want you to gain a better understanding of the professional field you aspire to work in, through learning experiences, and gain skills to ensure a successful transition there.
The Team
The facilities intern will help oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an office. They may also conduct and maintain office inventories, document processes and procedures. Liaise with vendors, building personnel and staff across the business.
What You’ll Work On
- Document processes for department and for all offices across the US. NY, DC, SF and Houston
- Assist for indoor event planning.
- Mail sortation, and shipping mail or packages to staff
- Create, change, grant access to staff security access cards
- Assist in setting up of mailings for marketing
- Manage office supplies, pantry, and normal consumables. Place orders if necessary
- Support all departments with building functions•Greet staff and visitors at front desk.
About You
- Detail oriented
- Must be customer-service oriented
- Must be able to lift, pull and push over 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced

This is a paid internship at $16.50 per hour.
Application Process
- The internship will be full time from June 2nd 2025 - Aug 8th 2025. Before applying, please ensure you will be available on these dates.
- This is a hybrid internship, meaning you are required to work from our New York office at least 2 days per week, the rest of the week can be from home.
