What is your role? Support the IT team pre-event, event-time and post-event: Hardware preparation, distribution & drop-off management. Also, assist in user support and formatting of devices.

What are your responsibilities?

Support the IT team in delivery and maintenance of hardware and provide technical support.

Support the Venue teams with their event-specific IT equipment installation and setup.

Distribute, allocate and gather IT hardware/mobile equipment according to predefined lists.

Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support─ Be able to fix “small” printer issues, liaise with other providers for more complex issues.

Provide basic “Welcome Training” (general IT procedures/file transfer and storage etc.).

Organise and maintain IT resources.

Required availability: May-July 2026

Training/onboarding: Content pre-shared before the start of the internship
