About the Role

As Talent Recruitment Executive, you will own end-to-end delivery of Early Years vacancies across our nursery group, working to volume and speed-to-hire targets while building genuine relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

You will:

· Own and manage a live pipeline of vacancies across nursery sites, proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates rather than relying solely on inbound applications

· Work to volume and speed-to-hire targets, treating recruitment as a sales process from first contact through to offer and start

· Build and maintain talent pools, positioning Fennies as a leading employer in the Early Years sector

· Use our ATS and CRM systems to manage every vacancy and candidate record accurately and in real time

· Maintain Excel-based recruitment trackers, staffing frameworks and reports

· Coordinate and manage interviews and work trials to provide a positive candidate experience

· Collaborate with nursery managers, regional managers and the Talent Lead to finalise offers, salaries and onboarding plans

· Negotiate pay and salary offers in line with organisational policy

· Represent Fennies' brand and values persuasively throughout the recruitment process

· Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring strategies

What we're looking for

You're a driven, detail-focused recruiter who enjoys the buzz of hitting targets as much as building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

You will have:

· Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience, ideally high-volume, target-driven or agency recruitment

· A confident, resilient sales mindset, comfortable working to KPIs and hitting hiring targets

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade

· Hands-on experience using an ATS and/or CRM system to manage candidate pipelines

· Strong Excel skills, including trackers, data analysis and reporting

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling candidate and compliance data

· A professional, credible manner with candidates, managers and external partners

· A genuine enjoyment of building relationships, alongside a disciplined approach to process and data

Most importantly, you will bring a sales mindset, sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for connecting great people with great nurseries.
